Our Story

Little Rock's First Arkansas River Outfitter

Rock Town River Outfitters was founded in 2017 by Samuel Ellis — starting with a few kayaks on the Arkansas River and growing into a multi-location outdoor recreation company. Samuel has been a licensed river outfitter guide since 2011, with over 1,500 miles of commercial guided trips on the Arkansas River and four years guiding at Browns Canyon, Colorado.
